  • On our flight to CA, my wife showed up without her driver's license. Ron met us at the door I explained what happened I sent our ride to get it. 2 hour round trip _ Ron said I am going to keep checking back with you until this gets resolved. He did just that and gave me his phone no. I should mention my wife requires a wheelchair. License arrived and he processed us to our plane. What a great employee and person. We will and have always flown SWA. Great Service!
  • I am 84, have a balance problem and a defective cochlear implant. I arrived from Denver on June 13, 2022. I knew my flight was cancelled to Quincy. Ronald was moving wheelchairs. He helped me call AAA to get a car to drive to Quincy. No cars. Then he helped me call my travel agent in Quincy. She got me a hotel room and a flight to Quincy the next day (Cape Air). Ronald gave me a ride to Pear Tree when he got off work. He went way beyond duty. Thank you Ronald. I had no family near enough to help. I have since had another implant which is why this took so long.
