  • While traveling to KC I landed in St. Louis and discovered my grandmother traveling on another flight, had died in flight (also traveling to Kc for a reuion) I was devastated and somewhat hysterical. I was not allowed to continue flying to KC. These 2 people made calls and took the time to help me cope with my loss. They found a hotel room for the night. Don't know what I would have done without their help. Tried to tip them but they refused. They said "Pass it On".
