Triple Crown

Triple Crown: The Triple Crown One was dedicated to the employees of Southwest responsible for achieving five annual “Triple Crowns” for number one in on time performance, baggage handling and customer service. The names of their 24,113 employees are etched on the overhead bins throughout the plane in recognition.
