Posted on May 25, 2018 in News
If you’re planning on flying to or from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) this summer, you’re not alone. Memorial Day Weekend traditionally marks the beginning of the busy summer travel season and this year is no exception. STL has continued its monthly growth streak, with April 2018 marking 32 straight months of passenger growth. Currently, STL has 72 non-stop destinations with over 256 daily departures. Both numbers are expected to grow throughout the summer, with WOW air increasing service from STL to Keflavik International Airport (KEF) from four to five days per week on June 3. Southwest Airlines is also adding non-stop service to Hartford, CT (BDL) on August 7 and Frontier Airlines is adding non-stop service to Jacksonville, FL (JAX) beginning August 12.
