St. Louis Lambert International Airport is seeking qualified bids for the non-exclusive right to develop and operate a Local Concept Café Concession at the Airport. Local Concept is defined as a food and beverage concept which is based upon or identical to a currently existing concept indigenous to the St. Louis Metropolitan Area and reflective of the region. The Café will prepare and sell food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to Airport Passengers.
